End-user license agreement (EULA)
Version and effective date: 2026-10-17.
1. Your agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of LingoTailor for personal account features. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use any material you submit. After signing in, you must explicitly accept these terms before setting up or using your personal podcast. If you do not agree, do not use account features; you may still listen to the public shows.
2. Permission to use the service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the application and your generated podcasts for personal language learning, subject to these terms and your plan's limits. The application, branding, and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the application or grant rights in third-party materials.
3. Your account and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in credentials and unlisted podcast feed link private. Do not share another person's personal data without permission, upload material you are not allowed to use, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass quotas or access controls, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.
4. Your inputs and generated content
You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. You permit us and the providers used to operate LingoTailor to process those inputs and generated material to deliver, store, and personalize the service. This permission does not authorize publishing your private material as a public show or using it in marketing. You are responsible for checking that your use of inputs and outputs respects applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
5. AI-generated learning material
Stories, explanations, translations, assessments, and synthesized speech can contain mistakes. The service is a learning aid, not a certified course, proficiency certification, or professional advice. Difficulty levels are LingoTailor labels, not certified CEFR ratings. Review material before relying on it or sharing it.
6. Plans, availability, and changes
Your current episode allowance is displayed in the application. Features, limits, and availability may change; scheduled generation can be delayed or interrupted. Any paid offer must disclose its price, billing, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. These terms alone do not authorize a charge.
7. Data and email choices
The data policy explains account data, service providers, optional analytics, and your choices. Acknowledging that policy is not consent to marketing or optional analytics. Marketing email permission is requested separately, is optional, and can be withdrawn in email preferences. Essential account or security messages are not marketing subscriptions.
8. Ending use and suspension
You can stop using LingoTailor and request account deletion through the privacy contact route below. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Copies already downloaded to your devices or third-party podcast apps are outside our control.
9. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Updates and contact
When a new agreement version requires acceptance, the app will ask again before allowing personal account features. For questions, corrections, or account requests, use the operator contact listed on the privacy & contact page. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, or private feed links.
